equipment since 2001.

we carry?
A: We carry new & used Cisco, Extreme,
Foundry, Nortel, and 3Com.
Q: Do we
have it in stock?
A: With our large inventory
of new/ used networking equipment, chances are that
what you are looking for is in stock. If not, we go
through our network of worldwide suppliers and we will
find what you need in 24-48 hours. Just email us your

is Network IT Inc. warranty?
A: 90-days on all refurbished
products
Q: How do we ship?
A: We ship via FEDEX worldwide.
You can choose from various FEDEX service options to
meet your delivery requirements. Check out www.fedex.com

are our payment methods?
A: We accept corporate and government
POs, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, and wire transfers.

Q: What
selling currency do you use?
All advertised prices are in
US dollars. Should you require rates in different currencies
please contact us
and we will quote you exchange rates.
Q: Where
do we get our used equipment?
A: We get our used networking
equipment from a variety of sources
including leasing companies, corporate customers and
auctions.
Q: How do
we handle defective equipment?
A: We will repair or exchange
any product that fails to perform to manufacturers specification
within the warranty period. Should a replacement not
be available we will refund your purchase within the
warranty period.
Q: What
is an RMA and when is it issued?
A: Products returned to us must have an RMA (Returned
Mechanize Authorization) to be accepted by our receiving
department. Please contact
us if you wish to make a return.
Q: When
do I pay taxes?
A: If you are a resident of
Canada you must pay 7% Goods and Services Tax. If you
are a resident of Ontario you must pay and additional
8% Provincial Sales Tax, unless you are exempt whereby,
you will have to fill out this “form”
and fax it to us at 905-479-1655.
Q:Do you
buy used equipment?
A: Network IT will purchase
your decommissioned or surplus used network equipment.
Used Network
equipment may be traded in, purchased or consigned.

Q: How do
I check the status of my online order?
A: After an order online is made, an email containing
the order confirmation will be sent. This email contains
a link that will allow you to check the status of your
order. In the event that you do not receive this email
or have further questions, please “contact
us” for assistance.
Q: Do I
have to pay any duties, customs or taxes when I buy
from Canada?
A: Under the North American
Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) there is no duties on networking
equipment between Canada the United States and Mexico.

All packages that ship FedEx Express or Economy do not
incur any customs changes. FedEx clears our packages
and there is no additional charge to you.
