Shipping Policy

All equipment typically ships within 48hrs from receipt of Purchase Order. Orders can be expedited sooner if necessary

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The limited warranty listed specifically EXCLUDES damage resulting from causes other than normal wear and tear including, without limitation: neglect, accident; alterations; improper use or misuse; failure of electrical power; air conditioning, or humidity control; acts of God, including, without limitation: lightning strikes or power surges. Warranty is non-transferrable and is valid from the date of the original purchase only.

RESTOCKING FEE

A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for all equipment returned to Network IT during its warranty period that is deemed as working and operational upon Modern Enterprise Solutions receipt of returned equipment. The restocking fee will be in effect for the duration of the warranty period provided by Network IT and will also apply to purchase orders that are canceled before the equipment is received or shipped. All RMA’s whether defective or not expire after 14 calendar days if not returned.

Network IT Inc. reserves the right not to Replace or Credit any RMA equipment.
