Q: Where are we located?

A: We are located in Markham Ontario Canada a suburb of Toronto. Our address is 210 Don Park Road. Unit 1 Markham, Ontario L3R 2V2.

Q: How long have we been in business?

A: Network IT Inc. has been a trusted supplier of networking equipment and servers since 2001.

Q: What products do we carry?

A: We carry new and used Cisco, Extreme, Juniper and Procurve networking equipment. We also carry new and used IBM, HP and Dell servers.

Q: Do we have it in stock?

A: With our large inventory of new/ used networking equipment, chances are that what you are looking for is in stock. If not, we go through our network of worldwide suppliers and we will find what you need in 24-48 hours. Just email us your wish list to sales@netnit.com

Q: What is Network IT Inc. warranty?

A: We offer a 12 month warranty on all used and refurbished products.

Q: How do we ship?

A: We ship via FEDEX worldwide. You can choose from various FEDEX service options to meet your delivery requirements. Check out www.fedex.com for additional information.

Q: What are our payment methods?

A: We accept corporate and government POs, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, and wire transfers. Sorry no CODs.

Q: What selling currency do you use?

A: All advertised prices are in US dollars. Should you require rates in different currencies please contact us and we will quote you exchange rates.

Q: Where do we get our used equipment?

A: We get our used networking equipment from a variety of sources including leasing companies, corporate customers and auctions.

Q: How do we handle defective equipment?

A: We will repair or exchange any product that fails to perform to manufacturers specification within the warranty period. Should a replacement not be available we will refund your purchase within the warranty period.

Q: What is an RMA and when is it issued?

A: Products returned to us must have an RMA (Returned Mechanize Authorization) to be accepted by our receiving department. Please contact us if you wish to make a return.

Q: When do I pay taxes?

A: If you are a resident of Canada you must pay 5% Goods and Services Tax as well as, the sales tax for your province.

Q:Do you buy used equipment?

A: Network IT will purchase your decommissioned or surplus used network equipment. Used Network equipment may be traded in, purchased or consigned. For more information, please “contact us” directly.

Q: How do I check the status of my online order?

A: After an order is placed online , an email containing the order confirmation will be sent. This email contains a link  that will allow you to check the status of your order. In the event that you do not receive this email or have further questions, please contact us for assistance.

Q: Do I have to pay any duties, customs or taxes when I buy from Canada?

A:  Under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) there are no duties on networking equipment between Canada the United States and Mexico. For more information on NAFTA please visit http://www.dfait-maeci.gc.ca/nafta-alena/agree-en.asp. All packages that ship FedEx Express or Economy do not incur any customs charges. FedEx clears our packages and there are no additional charges to you.
